8 designs for flat and hinged chisel storage, each designed to store a 5 piece set of chisels.

I have also included a very detailed file and print guide pdf to cover file types, fit, print settings, print bed alignment and construction.

All files are complete with French cleat batons for 12mm and 18mm (1/2” and 1/8”) and wall spacers.

There are 2 categories of holder.

Flat, where all 5 chisels are stored in a neat and compact line.

Hinges, 2 tiered system of storage with 2 on the front and 3 on the back.

Within each category there are options for the following.

FLAT HOLDER

Zen Wu chisel set. Width at MM - 25, 16, 9.5 6.4, 3.2. INCHES - 1, 5/8, 3/8, 1/4, 1/8.

This one is a perfect fit for the chisels.

Generic 1 - Width at MM - 25, 19, 13 10, 6. INCHES - 1, 3/4, 1/2, 3/8, ¼

Within this size there are narrow and wide fits, this dictates how much space is around the width of the chisel.

There are also normal and deep fits for the options above. This is to cater for the thickness of the chisels, Deep being 9mm and normal being 6mm

Generic 2 - Width at MM - 32, 25, 18, 12, 6. INCHES - 1 1/4, 1, 3/4, 1/2, ¼

Within this size there are narrow and wide fits, this dictates how much space is around the width of the chisel.

There are also normal and deep fits for the options above. This is to cater for the thickness of the chisels, Deep being 9mm and normal being 6mm

There are 3 types,

Zen Wu chisel set. Width at MM - 25, 16, 9.5 6.4, 3.2. INCHES - 1, 5/8, 3/8, 1/4, 1/8.

Generic 1 - Width at MM - 25, 19, 13 10, 6. INCHES - 1, 3/4, 1/2, 3/8, ¼

Generic 2 - Width at MM - 32, 25, 18, 12, 6. INCHES - 1 1/4, 1, 3/4, 1/2, ¼

Hardware is simple. The flat holder needs only screws for construction, outlined in the pdf, however CA glue for PETG works fine for me.

The hinged holder requires 10mm diameter by 5mm thick magnets and a 4mm diameter brass dowel, 100mm to 110mm long.
